Key Responsibilities:
- Website Design & Development
- Designs and develops custom websites for Fogo Solutions and its clients, ensuring they are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for user experience (UX).
- Translates client requirements and business goals into innovative web designs that align with their brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Codes and implements websites using industry-standard technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Ensures websites are mobile-friendly, accessible, and optimized for performance across all devices and browsers.
- Client Relationship Management
- Acts as the primary point of contact for web development projects with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Engages with clients from project kick-off through to launch, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring that design and functionality align with client goals.
- Provides strategic recommendations to clients on web design trends, UX/UI best practices, and technical solutions that will enhance their online presence.
- Manages client feedback and revisions efficiently, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Collaboration with Agency Teams
- Collaborates with Fogo’s marketing, content, and design teams to create websites that integrate seamlessly with broader digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Works closely with the creative team to ensure that web designs are consistent with the client’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Partners with the content team to ensure that website copy and media are optimized for SEO, user engagement, and conversion.
- Maintenance & Optimization
- Performs regular maintenance and updates on existing websites, ensuring that they remain functional, secure, and up-to-date with the latest technologies.
- Troubleshoots and resolves any technical issues that arise, ensuring that client websites run smoothly and efficiently.
- Implements SEO best practices to improve site visibility and performance, optimizing speed, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
- Analyzes website performance data using tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and make data-driven improvements.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stays up to date with the latest web design and development trends, technologies, and best practices to keep Fogo Solutions and its clients ahead of the competition.
- Suggests and implements new features, functionalities, and design elements that enhance user experience and engagement for client websites.
